Job Description:

Austin Fanning General Contractors is seeking a skilled and motivated Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Crew Helper, you will play a vital role in assisting our construction and remodeling projects, contributing to the successful completion of various tasks.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable knowledge and skills in the construction and restoration industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with various construction tasks, including demolition, carpentry, painting, and general labor duties.
• Operating and maintaining construction equipment and tools under supervision.
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies at project sites.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Following instructions from supervisors and adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction work is preferred but not required.
• We welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work year round.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A valid driver's license.
